When we ask many players if their complete, the usually say yes. Then hesitate, and retract to a no. They simply don’t know what a complete hockey player is. Why would they? Why would you? If you haven’t been taught it you shouldn’t know it.
Finally there is a lesson to teach you everything you didn’t know was missing from your game!

Using the 4 pillars of a hockey player he has created lessons to develop a players skills, athleticism, intangibles and their game knowledge.
